 The main principles of activity in the field of the main pipeline are:

1) the priority of human and state safety and environmental protection in the transportation of products to consumers;

2) respecting the interests of all subjects of relations in the field of the main pipeline and ensuring non-discriminatory access to the main pipeline;

3) the use of effective methods and technologies in the design, construction, operation, reconstruction and liquidation of the main pipeline;

4) the obligation to fully compensate for damage caused to the environment, life and health of citizens, their property, as well as the property of legal entities during the creation, operation, reconstruction, overhaul and liquidation of the main pipeline and its facilities;

5) priority of energy security of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 22, 2012 No. 20-V.

This Law regulates public relations arising during the design, construction, operation, conservation and liquidation of the main pipeline, and is aimed at ensuring efficient, reliable and safe operation of the main pipeline.
